There is Incoming Quality Control, Pre-production Quality Control over raw materials, In-process Quality inspection to make sure the wipes product is qualified for delivery. The machine line is equipped with metal detection module, packaging air-tightness tester, weighing sensor for safety control.

There are both biodegradable and non-biodegradable wipes, depending on your requirement, we can use either 100% cotton or 100% viscose to create a biodegradable or compostable wipes.
